By continuing to use the public marketing landing page of the Nash Lab service (https://marketing.probabilistic.ru/), I give my consent to Probabilistic Solutions, LLC (OGRN 1247700188713, INN 9723225002; address: Taganrogskaya st. 7, premises 2/1, Lyublino municipal district, Moscow, 109386, Russian Federation) to the automated processing of my personal data (cookies, user location data, data on the user's actions on the page, data on the user's device, and the date and time of the session), including through the metric programs Yandex Metrica and the Operator's own analytics, with the following actions: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, adjustment (updating, alteration), retrieval, use, anonymisation, blocking, deletion, destruction, and transfer (provision, access) to the partners providing the service under the said metric programs. Personal data is processed for the purposes of operating the website, improving the website, improving the Operator's services, determining user preferences and providing targeted information about the Operator's services.

On this page the metric programs run their full feature set, including click maps, link tracking, accurate bounce measurement and **session replay (Webvisor)**. The Operator records the actions performed on the page — page views, pointer movement, scrolling and clicks — and replays them afterwards. The page carries no forms and no fields for entering text.

Scope of this notice. This notice concerns only the public marketing landing page. The metric programs are not embedded in the authenticated Nash Lab account interface. Data that a user uploads into an account (marketing and results datasets) and the modelling results built from it are not transmitted to the metric programs or to the partners providing the service under those programs, are not transferred to third parties for those third parties' own purposes, and are not used for advertising; they are processed solely in order to provide the Nash Lab service.

This consent is effective from the moment it is given and for the period of use of the website. Should I decline the processing of personal data by the metric programs, I have been informed of the need to stop using the website or to disable cookies in my browser settings.
