Consent to Receive Marketing Communications

this document is the governing version and prevails in the event of any
discrepancy.

This consent is voluntary and is given separately. Giving it is not a condition of registration, use of the Nash Lab service (the "Service"), or provision of services. Declining to give this consent has no adverse consequences for the user.

In accordance with Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13 March 2006 "On Advertising", the user gives Probabilistic Solutions, LLC (the "Operator") their consent to receive advertising messages distributed over telecommunications networks, including by email, to the email address specified in the user's account.

Advertising messages may contain information about the Operator's products, services, updates and offers.

The user may at any time opt out of receiving advertising messages (withdraw this consent) without giving reasons, by using the unsubscribe link in a received message, the corresponding setting in the Service interface, or by sending a notice to the email address info@probabilistic.ru. The Operator will stop sending advertising messages within a reasonable time after receiving the opt-out.

Language of the document

This document is executed in Russian and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Russian and English versions, the Russian version shall prevail and have governing legal force.
